Hello! Welcome to volg Machinery. As a heavy-duty equipment user, you're well aware that regular, professional maintenance is key to ensuring your loader's efficient and stable operation and extending its service life. A well-cared-for loader not only continues to create value for you but also saves you considerable unexpected repair costs and downtime.

Many customers often ask: "How can we scientifically maintain the loader ourselves?" To this end, we have compiled this detailed loader maintenance process guide to help you become the "intimate steward" of the equipment.

1. Daily Pre-Work: A 10-Minute Routine Inspection

A quick pre-work inspection can effectively prevent most unexpected problems. Check the machine's appearance and the indications of various instruments. Stop the machine immediately if any problems are found. Stop operation immediately until the cause is identified and the problem is resolved. Check the quality and quantity of the engine oil, coolant, hydraulic oil, brake fluid, and air filter. Add oil if it is low.

2. Weekly: Critical Component Maintenance

After more frequent use, more in-depth maintenance is required.

Lubrication Maintenance: Refill all lubrication points (such as the bucket pin, swing frame, and drive shaft) with oil until all excess oil is squeezed out. This is the most effective way to reduce wear.

Drain the Air Tank: Drain the air tank in the air brake system to prevent moisture from corroding the brake components.

Clean the Air Filter: If the operating environment is dusty, clean the primary filter more frequently.

3. Monthly: Deep Inspection and Replacement

This phase of maintenance is particularly critical and is recommended for professional use.

Replacing the engine oil and filter: This is the core of maintenance. Use the manufacturer's recommended oil type and grade and the original filter element.

Replacing the primary and secondary fuel filters: This ensures fuel system cleanliness and protects the precision injectors.

Inspection and Adjustment: Check the tension of the fan and air conditioning belts; check the transmission oil level; and inspect structural components for cracks or deformation.
